  They are way over priced and whenever anything is on sale they have barely any at the start of the sale and don't gets any more of the sale items in before the end of the sale. You have to be there when they open on a Thursday when the sale starts in order to have a chance of getting the items on sale. A lot of people say that they take the sale items that are good sales off of the shelves the night before the sale starts only leaving a few out and that as they get more through out the sale they only put out a couple if any because as soon as a good sale ends they automatically have that stuff in again on the morning after the sale ends even though they don't even get their order deliveries until the afternoon of those days.

  Visited this for the first time ever. Was worried about the prices for being a Northern Community. The prices were actually not that bad and somethings were actually cheaper then other stores right in Ottawa. I got a case of Pop for $3.33 I think it was and then they had a coupon on the box for $2 off so your next case would be $1.33! Just shop smart and you will get what you need mostly. They also seem to discount things near the expire date rather then throw it out so that is quite nice.

  Small store, they seem to stock some thing but often are out of others. The prices are on the higher side but it is in a remote area. For the most part the staff is pretty nice.

  Produce is all rotten, or close to being. Prices are way to high for the quality of product being sold. Employees on the other hand were amazing, and very helpful.
